C&C SHOPOS v5.9 — START HERE

1. Read netlify-environment-setup.txt, keep the existing ShopOS variables, and add the Square Sandbox variables in Netlify.
2. Deploy the complete v5.9 ZIP to the existing ShopOS Netlify site and trigger a production redeploy.
3. Sign in as CJ and confirm Operations shows Cloud Saved and the Executive Company Overview loads.
4. Sign into Diesel, Finance/Admin, and Board once so all four cloud workspaces are initialized.
5. Review Operations and Diesel settings, rates, reserve percentage, owner-distribution percentage, approval thresholds, and payment details.
6. Create a test customer and job, open Customer 360 on a second device, and confirm the same record appears.
7. Open Follow-Ups in Operations, run the rules, add one date/mileage service schedule, and test a manual reminder.
8. Open Operations Intelligence, test every filter, open a job from the Action Center and Profitability Ledger, download the filtered CSV, and print the report to PDF.
9. Open Work Orders and confirm the written job-status color guide matches every status badge.
10. Test Quick Quote conversion, Recall Check, a parts purchase with CJ approval, receipt upload, customer message, warranty approval, invoice, Square Sandbox payment/refund, and job closeout.
11. Export and re-import one backup from Board, Operations, Diesel, and Finance/Admin.
12. Test Operations-to-Finance and Diesel-to-Finance handoffs.
13. Remove the test records or restore the clean backup before entering live customer information.

IMPORTANT
Records are saved to authenticated Netlify cloud storage and retained locally as a recovery copy. A Cloud Saved label is only healthy when the latest record also appears after refresh on another authorized device. Export dated backups regularly and keep copies in two secure locations.
