All 11 Finance/Admin role cards include View Role, Application, and Update. MoMo is the final editor for Finance/Admin role assignments, hiring status, onboarding status, and role notes.

## Handoff workflow
1. Operations or Diesel exports an approved Finance Handoff packet.
2. Finance/Admin imports it into the handoff workspace.
3. MoMo assigns and controls Finance work.
4. Finance exports a Finance Update packet to the originating department.
5. The originating department imports the update without exposing either local database.

CJ retains owner oversight and owner-reserved banking, debt, legal, and exceptional approval decisions. Change starter passwords and export dated Finance backups regularly.
