WHERE IT IS
Sign in to the Diesel portal as Sid, then open “Pricing + Labor Matrix.” Sid has final Diesel pricing authority. CJ and other authorized Diesel users may view the matrix but cannot save changes.

WHAT IT CONTROLS
- Nine diesel labor classes and hourly rates
- Minimum labor, shop-job, and mobile-job charges
- Four parts-markup tiers plus a per-service override
- Shop supplies percentage and cap
- Roadside, same-day, after-hours, and emergency fees
- Deposit percentage and minimum deposit
- Minimum profit and gross-margin targets
- CJ approval threshold and discount lock
- Standard, heavy-repair, and fabrication warranty days
- Individual rules for all 1,200 diesel services

HOW IT CONNECTS
The Diesel Digital Menu and Diesel Quick Quote Builder now read from the matrix. Changing a service override changes its starting estimate and the values loaded into the quote builder.

PER-SERVICE OVERRIDES
Search the matrix, open a service, and change its labor class, hours, labor price, fees, markup, deposit, margin target, approval threshold, minimum charge, warranty, or customer-parts premium. Reset to Matrix removes only that service override.

PERFORMANCE
Only 50 matrix rows render per page. All 1,200 services remain searchable and exportable without loading every table row at once.

IMPORTANT
The included numbers are editable starter settings, not a promise that every job can be completed at that price. Review local market rates, technician pay, insurance, overhead, parts availability, taxes, tooling, equipment access, travel, and unit condition before using live. Final quotes still require unit-specific verification.
