BOARD MEMBERS
1. CJ — Owner and Board Chair
2. Chris — Vice President and Board Member
3. T3 — Head of Field Operations and Board Member
4. Sid — Head of Diesel Services and Board Member
5. MoMo — Head of Finance & Administration and Board Member

AUTHORITY MODEL
- T3 has final day-to-day control of Field Operations role records, department settings, and Operations pricing.
- Sid has final day-to-day control of Diesel role records, department settings, and Diesel pricing.
- MoMo has final day-to-day control of Finance/Admin role records, department settings, and Finance work management.
- Chris coordinates company-wide execution, board follow-through, and cross-department action items as Vice President.
- CJ chairs the board, sets ownership direction, maintains company oversight, and handles owner-reserved matters such as legal commitments, banking, debt, equity, company-wide contracts, and exceptional approval thresholds.

BOARD CENTER
The Board Center is a separate browser application and database. It includes:
- Board dashboard
- Meeting calls and schedules
- Agenda builder
- Department reports
- Motions, voting, and decisions
- Meeting minutes
- Action items, owners, due dates, and status
- Board-member directory and governance rules
- Printable/downloadable meeting packets
- Separate board backup and restore

DEPARTMENT REPORTING RULE
Departments do not share their raw local databases. T3, Sid, and MoMo summarize the information needed for the board: KPIs, capacity, major risks, financial impact, decisions requested, and next steps. The Board Center stores the summary and board record only.

ROLE-CARD STANDARD
Every department role card follows the same three-button pattern:
- View Role — opens duties, authority, reporting line, requirements, and KPIs.
- Application — opens/downloads that department’s application.
- Update — opens the department role record for assignment, hiring status, onboarding status, and notes.

Only the department head can save final role-record changes:
- Operations: T3
- Diesel: Sid
- Finance/Admin: MoMo

DEPARTMENT BOUNDARIES
- Operations: 33 roles, 32 applications, 1,000 mobile-mechanic service presets.
- Diesel: 10 roles, 10 applications, 1,200 diesel services in 30 categories.
- Finance/Admin: 11 roles, 11 applications and department finance/admin work centers.

Each portal has separate local storage, authentication, settings, documents, careers files, and backups. Handoffs use exported/imported files rather than direct database access.

FIRST BOARD MEETING RECOMMENDED AGENDA
1. Adopt the five-member board structure.
2. Confirm department-head authority and owner-reserved decisions.
3. Approve department KPIs and monthly report format.
4. Approve spending and escalation thresholds.
5. Assign backup/export responsibility for every portal.
6. Set recurring board meeting dates.
7. Record all decisions in finalized minutes and action items.
