C&C COMMAND SUITE V4.3 — START HERE

1. Extract the ENTIRE ZIP into one folder.
2. Open index.html in Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
3. Open the Department Heads Board Center and change all five starter passwords.
4. Enter Operations, Diesel, and Finance/Admin separately and change their starter passwords.
5. Review each department’s settings, rates, approval thresholds, payment details, and role assignments.
6. Confirm every role card shows View Role, Application, and Update.
7. Create sample records in every work center before entering real customer or employee information.
8. Export and re-import one backup from Board, Operations, Diesel, and Finance/Admin.
9. Test Operations-to-Finance and Diesel-to-Finance handoffs.
10. Hold a sample board meeting and finalize its agenda, votes, minutes, and action items.

DEPARTMENT AUTHORITY
T3 controls Field Operations role records, settings, and Operations pricing.

MoMo controls Finance/Admin role records, settings, and department work management.
CJ retains owner oversight and owner-reserved company decisions.
Chris coordinates company-wide execution and board follow-through.

Operations: 33 roles / 32 applications / 1,000 service presets
Diesel: 10 roles / 10 applications / 1,200 services / 30 categories
Finance/Admin: 11 roles / 11 applications
Board: 5 members / separate governance database

IMPORTANT
Records are stored locally in the browser on the current device. Clearing browser data can erase them. Export dated backups daily and keep copies in two secure locations.
